Bens Roofing Failed to pay supplier causing lien to be placed on my home.I had to pay 2600 dollars Riviera Bch. Florida

Bens Roofing put a new roof on my house . I paid in full fifteen thousand dollars. Several months latter I was contacted by their supplier Gulfeagle that the had not paid them and that if it was not paid they would place a lien on my home, Bens Roofing ccc#051540 promised me sevaral times that it would be taken care of But it was not .The attorney representing Gulfeagle filed a lawsuit against me for Bens Roofing debt. They placed a lien on my house and I had to pay them the twenty seven hundred dollars they were owed. This was eight months ago and I still cant get reimbursed by Bens Roofing. They have a branch in West Palm Bch that is also ignoring my request for reimbursement.Dont be fooled by the different websites as they are the same Bens Roofing ccc#051540 This is the same company that accidentally removed a Davie womans roof. the wrong house, and refused to pay for thier mistake.This story was covered on channel 10 news problem solvers (see web site for channel 10).
