After eight months of false promises and no response from the Riviera Beach branch of Ben's Roofing, I was finally contacted by someone from the West Palm Beach Office of Ben's Roofing. They advised that the people I dealt with in the Riviera Beach branch of Ben's Roofing, no longer work for the company.
The people that left the company put them in a financial strain and they were unable to pay off their debts but at this time the West Palm Beach branch is starting the reimbursement process. They are trying to settle with the people they owe money to because of the negligence of the individuals who were working in the Riviera Beach branch.
They promised me they would send me the first partial payment to settle this debt.
After I receive this payment, I will be sure to report on the status of my situation.
I am glad to see that the West Palm Beach office is making an effort to do the right thing.
Let's hope this time the promise is for real.

The person who lied to me this time is Matt Hoosier who now has power of attorney for Micheal Beni owner of Bens roofing.The address is 1648Donna Rd. W,P,B. Fl,33409 Beware of all companys doing buisiness from this address.Micheal Beni has gone Back to Canada 5306 Telfer Road Sarnia Ontario N7T7H3. Shame on you all for taking advantage of your customers, Look at the Palm Beach County public records and see the many lawsuits pertaining to Bens Roofing.
