Berkeley Nutraceuticals ripoff and deceptive billing Cincinniati Ohio

I ordered a "free" sample of Avlimil from Berkeley Nutraceuticals and was told there was a $4.95 shipping charge. I gave my credit card number and received the product.

The next week I received a 2 months supply of the product and was billed 70.00 on my credit card. I called and asked for a refund. I was told that was impossible. That by ordering the sample, I had agreed to try the product.

I replied that even if I had agreed to buy the product ( which I did not) there was a 12 month money back guarantee on the product. I was informed that I had to buy the product for 12 months for the guarantee to be in effect.

I called again and tried to get some satisfaction and was treated rudely.
