Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, Inc. ripoff - Attempts to cancell and receive money charged to my account unsuccessful. Cincinnnati Ohio

I contacted the customer care center of Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, Inc. regarding unauthorized purchases on my credit card. I asked that they be removed as I had cancelled the account on 8/17/04. I could not produce the confirmation number as my notebook it was written in had been accidentally tossed in the garbage.

I explained that the medicine made me sick. If it had worked, I would have been all too happy to continue taking it. I asked if they would kindly reverse the charges and we would call it a day. They offered me half as though it were a compromise on something I didn't want in the first place.

Rude, rude, rude was the supervisor speaking down to me as though I were a child. I am sure they are weary of the public as the calls must pour in regarding unauthorized charges. They have pat answers as thought they have heard it all before and I am sure they have.

The are unethical and illegal to take money without asking.
