Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals made an unathorized withdrawal of $70. Rip-off! Cincinnati Ohio

I saw an ad on tv that stated that you could get a free sample of Suvaril. I called and was told that there would be a $4.50 charge for shipping. They asked me to order future suvaril. I said that I was not in the positions financially to order future more and I also would of course need to try the product to see if it would be okay for me in that I have a thyroid disease. They said fine.

I received my sample. I was gone for 10 days and when I came back there was a box of a 2 month supply. I immediately called Berkeley and waited on the phone for approximately 1 hour and then had a horrible experience with an opertor supervisor, named Alicia, who was so rude to me and said that I had ordered it. It was a dead end converasation. I had $20 left in my checking account after they took the $70 and the product makes me sick. I want my money back.
