Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals Ripoff Robbery without a gun. Cincinnati Ohio

I placed an order for Avlimil. After six months my shipments stopped coming. After a month I called Berkeley and was informed that they no longer accepted my credit card. I asked why I wasn't notified but they didn't have an answer for that. I contacted the BBB in Ohio to report them and to get a refund. Berkeley told the BBB that I was at fault as I had not completed the full 12 months.

How am I at fault when they stopped shipping and failed to notify me of the problem. I would like to find out how to stop them, they are thieves and misrepresent their products. They are now marketing Avilmil for a completely different problem. Do they keep going trying different problems people have until they find one that works? Robbery without a gun.
