Best Fitness Deceptive Contract-- Refuse to give written confirmation of cancellation Springfield Massachusetts

Buyer Beware.  This is a deceptive business.  I asked them to cancel my contract and they never did.  The salesperson was dishonest and refused to give me a hard copy of my contract cancellation.  (I had already been decieved and felt like a fool so I wasn't going to leave until I got something in writing).

I contacted the corporate offices and someone did call me back.  I told him my story and asked for $200 plus whatever fees back.  He offered me $100 if I would take down my negative report of them.  Shady.  And yes ABC Financial is some kind of mindless, scary robot that harasses you.  It's just a game of cat and mouse.

This is a deceptive, predatory business.  I think I am dealing with a big bully and I don't think I will get the money that was stolen from me back but I have filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General.  Like the other guy said I don't really care about the money I just want this bad business to be exposed.
