Best Used Tires WORST PRODUCT AND VILE CUSTOMER SERVICE False Advertising of Product, Low Grade, Extremely Poor Attitude Employees Allentown Pennsylvania

What a bunch of tools! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased a tire that was supposed to have 6-7/32nds of tread depth to receive a tire that barely had any thread.After speaking with them and telling me to send photos showing that they "possibly made a mistake" I received nothing but rude argumentative attitudes.

We measured it, and it was barely 4/32, this photo still did nothing. Not only that, the tire was unevenly worn and a photo with a level showing this still did not prove to them the tire was not as advertised. The extremely rude manager talked to me like an idiot (maybe because I am a woman) all over not wanting to pay $20 to ship my tire back to them.

I have all the emails and photos if you want me to prove it. I wanted to actually purchase from them an even more expensive tire so I had a safe one to put on my car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Never have dealt with customer service like this before and do not plan to start now. No one should have to deal with STUPID!
