DO NOT trust this scam company! Beverley Diamonds are thieves. I put a deposit on a ring and half an hour I changed my mind and asked for a refund. They agreed and returned the money that night. Great. But then two weeks later, I noticed that same amount had been charged to my credit card again but this time it was WITHOUT my consent or authorization and without any refund. It's been another three weeks after that transaction and they still have not returned the money. I confirmed with the bank that it was Beverley Diamonds fault, the void never went through. WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

You told me weeks ago that the refund was issued but as I JUST told you, it did not go through the second time. Why your company took out the second payment still is beyond me. And you keep telling me to email you if it's not resolved and I have tried doing that and no one replies to my emails or messages. I am telling you now IT HAS STILL NOT GONE THROUGH. I am so livid with your scamming thievery company. You speak nothing but lies. The refund has NOT been issued and I still have yet to see my money.

Dear Consumer,
The deposit refund had been issued as promised however it does take 2-3 weeks at times to refelect your credit card account. All you have to do is be patient and you will see that on bank acccount statements. If you have further questions or if you still dont see it, send us an email, we will be happy to assure that you do receive it.
