My husband bought a 01 Volvo here back this June. Right now were having problems just getting our tags, I know this vehicle will fail inspection and by living in Woodbury they are going to try and play games with us for that. To this day I can not believe all the blatant lies they have told us from spark plugs needing to be ordered (my local Auto Zone, Pep Boys and Advanced Auto Parts) all had the plugs in stock.
At one point they had our car longer than we did. The lies they have told were just unbelievable and totally uncalled for.I'm looking for others who have had problems with Bidic Auto lines and will ask if you or someone you know has had problems please contact me at doll369@verizon.net, I'd love to file charges as a group using the media to help us expose Bidic Auto lines once and for all. Enough is enough.This company holds the BBB seal of approval back for 2004, I doubt their business practices of today will still hold their BBB's B grading if any at all.
