This place is almost criminal. I bought a 2004 Hyundai tiburon. The man who sold it to me was named chuck simpson. He told me that it was in "mint" condition. Quickly i pointed out that it needed a new battery breaks and a cupple minor things. Well he said he would have them fixed sent it to the shop while i signed the paper work and that was that.
This is were all the problems started. The next week the clutch started acting up so i told the guy jason the service manager and he said to bad its not covered under warranty.I called and called telling him that i cant even get the car past 3500 rpms with out the clutch sliping and then he told me i didnt know how to drive a manual.(thats all i have had my whole life) then the week after that i find out the cars breaks were frozen onto the rotors and the e break was busted which caused me to get into an acident.
Since then the shocks have gone the electrical system is gone the window regulator is shot and my trany is going. So i try to use my warranty and they said no its abuse. I tryed to explain to jason the service manager that they have my call on record that it cant be abuse but he denys my claim and says you pay for it to come apart and if its not abuse we will cover it. my car is still at the shop and its been over a month
the warranty company is a scam, robin handles all the claims.(she is the owners daughter inlaw) with jasons advice.(if you tell him another mechanic told you somthing diffrent he will start to degrade you) the warranty company just handles the calls for them to make it look more offical, that coming from tod at the warranty company
dont buy from this place, i dont know how they stay in busness but its only a matter of time before criminal charges are pressed. they will sell you a total peice of crap and then make you pay for it, and if you ask for a copy of the paperwork you signed, i promise you it takes a court order to get it out, or for me its that way

Bidic again with the runaround

it has now been three months since i have REPLACED my clutch and flywheel and throw out bering by the shop of my choice and still they are hiding under abuse. lets clear up facts. and just for the record i replaced the clutch a week before this huge problem and have the paperwork to prove this.
when i bought the car the battery died on the spot infrount of chuck simpson who offered to throw in a new battery when in fact he just recharged the old one.
after the complete failure of bidics mechanics to replace a wire they have never touched my car, taken apart my car, or inspeced it futher do to incompetence documented by 3 reputable mechanics in my area.
a week after i took my car to get the clutch done the fuel pump and trans went. they denied a claim for a fuel pump claiming i was the reason it failed. i have driven about 12000 miles and never let my gas drop below 1/4 tank. hows that abuse???
the claim was called in on jan 30 2009 when it started to slip and i tried to turn the car back in and threatened to total the car when they refuesed the claim for the trans is in 2009.(wish i can upload documents.)
i did not aprove the tear down of my trans because before they even touched it they were going to charge my $2287 JUST INCASE of abuse after that they denied it. i am unemployed and they know this. They were completly unreasonable saying that it is due in full before they will touch the car.
also the warrenty company openly admits if you keep asking that they are not responcable for the warrenty approval. they forward it to the company it was bought and whoever is in charge approves or denies it, in this case its robin.
and on a personal note robin is always short when i try to straitin out these facts and when in person at the willamstown location to try to resolve this matter after they called me, i was cursed out by an older male with white hair named paul.
bottem line is i dont want to rip people off i just want what was promised to me a warrenty i am not the only one who has had this problem and in a short time i will be dedicating a website to there quality work, the good and the bad. Also i dont want anyone to get screwed like i did, i am stuck in my house with out a car so if you have any questions email me and i will show the documents at jbregler12@gmail.com. also i will give information of profesionals who have worked on my car after bidic has sold me the car and they will attest to the wrong information that robin(the lady that denied the claim) provided on this website

#1 UPDATE Employee
Nomorescams neglected and abused his vehicle
AUTHOR: Robin - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, May 21, 2009
The facts of this claim are:
Nomorescams purchased a 2004 Hyundai Tibuon on January 9, 2008, with a 3 year, 36,000 mile extended service agreement, through First Extended Service Corporation (FESC). The vehcile has a 6 speed manual transmission. The service agreement specifically states that manual clutch assemblies are not listed for coverage.
FESC has a 40 mile radius tie back to bidic Autolines. This simply means that any repairs are refered to bidic Autolines if the vehicle is in a 40 mile radius. If a customer wishes to have the vehicle repaired at a service center of their choice, for any reason, then the tie back is waived. Nomorescam falsley stated to FESC that he has a restraining order and can not go to the selling dealer (bidic Autolines) and must take his vehicle to another service center to have his vehcile repaired. This is stated in the notes under his contract with FESC. There is no, nor has there ever been a restraining order filed against bidic Autolines from Mr. Bregler or against Nomorescam from bidic Autolines.
The vehicle was orginally diagnosed by a service center of Nomorescam's choice as a manual clutch slip and said claim was denied by FESC due to the clutch not being covered under the agreement. The service center then attempted to call in a claim approximately a week later for the transmission instead of the clutch. Transmissions are in fact covered under the extended warranty, but since the service center had already diagnosed the vehicle for clutch failure, FESC advised the service center to have the customer approve a tear down of the transmission to diagnose the reason for failure. If in fact, the transmission failed due to the cluch failure, said claim would be denied. If in fact, the transmission failed and was unrealted to abuse, neglect or the clutch, the tear down and the transmission repair/replacement would be covered.
If Nomorescam is so sure that his clutch did not cause the transmission to fail, because he is an experienced manual transmission driver, then why will he not authorize the tear down of the tranmission to prove his point and have the claim approved.
After stating the facts of this claim to several service advisors that I deal with on a daily basis, the overwhelming response has been that the clutch has been abused and neglected and is a direct result of the transmission failure.
FESC is a legitimate, reputable self insured warranty company. bidic Autolines has been using this warranty company since 2006 and has serviced and repaired thousands of vehicles covered under FESC policies. Rarely are there any complaints or concerns against FESC or bidic Autolines. It is a process that goes quickly and smoothly between the service center, customer and FESC. When a customer or a service center uses fraud or attempts to falsely have repairs covered under thier warranty contract especially in cases due to neglect or abuse, it rarely works in favor of the customer or the service center.
On a personal note, I have spoken with Mr. Bregler several times as well as the service center and FESC. I understand that Mr. Bregler is upset because his attempts to mislead the FESC and bidic Autolines have failed. He has resorted to using false information and insults in his report as another attempt to blame someone or something else for the problems he is experiencing with his vehicle due to his own abuse and/or neglet.
I have not heard from Nomorescam or the service center he claims to have his vehcile at for quite some time now. I, of course, am more than willing, as I have always been, to help Mr. Bregler in any way I can to resolve his repair issue. I cannot lie or mislead the warranty company, but I can try to maybe find a reasonable solution based on the facts of this situation to get Nomorescam's vehcile repaired. There are other options he may not have considered.
