bidrack.com ripped me off , Internet

This website purports that it has all of these really low prices on things like i pads, i phones, etc., and it says that it is better than e-bay.  Well, it is not.  When you go to the website, it asks you to register, a very common thing for many websites, in order to find out more.  However, when you register it asks for your credit card on the pretense that you will need it in order to make purchases of items that you bid on.  What it doesn't tell you is that immediately upon signing up, you purchase $99.00 in bids.  It doesn't tell you that at that time that you have made a purchase.  Instead, they send you an email 3 weeks later confirming your purchase.  Your only resolution is to call the support number for a "possible refund".
