In Jan, 03 took vehicle in for a front and back wheel alinement at Big O tire center. In March,03 I brought tires from another tire center who had a better deal on tires. When I went in on 5-28-03, to have the tires rotated, the service man discovered that my back tires were worn down on the inside due to the fact that a alinement was not or had not been done. When I went in to Big O's to speak to the manager about what had happen, he told me that it was my fault, I should have brought the car in to be checked out.

I told him how was I suppose to know if the back end was out of alinement, my profession is not to work on automobiles, that is why I thought that I could trust them. In return I am going to have to buy 2 new tires because of Big O' not doing what I had paid them to do in the first place, maybe if the job was done right I would not have to be buying 2 new tires. I did let the manger know that I would never be back in the tire center again or recommend them to any of my family or friends and that what goes around will surely come back around to him.
