Big O advertised "buy 2 get 2 free" sale. My wife went to get tires on her car first, then I got tires on mine. When I received my invoice it had all kinds of charges for "services" that I didn't order. I looked at my wife's invoice, and it was the same thing. The largest unrequested charge was for a "service plan" for about $100 on my wife's car, and $120 on my car. There were also a lot of other charges for things that we didn't ask for, like $32 for "nitrogen" fill, etc. After I saw the charges, I went in to complain, and they said that the charges were part of the sale (that you had to buy the additional services in order to get the "2 free" tires). When these additional "services" were included, the four tires cost about $50 more than I could have purchased them at the place I normally go. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

No matter what the company, if they are running a PROMOTION, there will ALWAYS be a catch. ALWAYS!!!! Its on YOU the consumer to ask what the promo entails. if YOU just walk in and ask for the deal and DO NOT ask questions then WHOS fault is it REALLY??? YOU wish to CLAIM a ripoff yet YOU failed to even do YOUR part as a consumer!!! So its more like "I ripped myself off BECAUSE I didn't ask what the deal involved" AND less of an ACTUAL ripoff. I would suggest that in the future IF you wish to take advantage of a deal a business is offering that YOU as a consumer FULLY inform yourself as to WHAT the ENTIRE deal requires. See both YOU and YOUR WIFE were charged the SAME!!! Meaning that THEY did EXACTLY what YOU wanted and that was the "Buy 2 get 2 free" promo. WHY is it ALWAYS someone elses fault when YOU screw up??
