I sent an email to Dateline NBC too hoping they can do an investigation on this and take him behind bars.

Use this title "BILL BERLINE, FRAUDULENT EBAY PRACTICES". I used the same title too. That way they know we are all talking about the same guy.

As a private investigator for over 19 years I am here to fill on cases below on this site. I have looked into the claims filed on this web site blamed toward Auction Sellers and Mr. Berlin.

I can tell you first hand after interviewing Auction Sellers and "Casey" "Janis" plus a lengthy interview with Mr. Berlin my full conclusion is as follows.

Regarding Casey claims of calling Auction Sellers, Mr. Berlin a cheat of many false aliases and transactions.

I discovered Casey to be a very shady individual with tattoo's and bruising on the upper and lower arms. After a few minutes of interviewing they had to light and smoke a cigarette and had trouble remembering what was written on this site. For the most part I saw a person that seemed high on drugs or some kind of substance.

I asked if they had worked in the last year and was told by Casey no. Then I asked if that's true then how could you have worked for Auction Sellers? The answer was they didn't know. I left it at that as I saw stress in there actions and was not going to poll this person living on the streets or some place that has no bathing rooms any more questions.

Regarding Janis claims, was able to do a phone interview with her in late November. According to Auction Sellers Janis had canceled checks for items sold and Mr. Berlin was kind enough to ship the items out and wait for reimbursement that never ever happened.

Janis sounded like some one that spoke broken English and was very elderly sounding on the phone, I had to repeat questions in order to get myself heard. After I asked why she canceled checks or payments to Auction Sellers she said she saw Casey's writings on this site.

As of this witting Auction Sellers is owed $920 plus in non paid items that have shipped on behalf of Janis.

My conclusions after talking to them and trying to contact the other person on here is as follows.

Auction Sellers states that all items ship within 48 hours of shipping orders paid in full are received.

They note that most of these people are asked to work for them self's as independent contractors and can easily send in the wrong info for a shipping address or make a mistake in the typing of one when ordering etc.

Auction Sellers does not screen IC's for work and only hires those that can prove they are hire worthy. Casey claims are fraud and of angry rage over a problem more then likely caused by Casey.

Janis claims are caused by Casey's fraud writings and also by canceling orders and checks that also came to high bank fees for each canceled check order.
