I had a contract ( 36 Months commitment ) with Bally's Fitness that matured this last March 2012 .

I noticed in October they continued to charging on my credit card the monthly fee, then I tried to contact them to request a refund , I couldnt talk with any representative so in consequence I proceed to dispute all the charges after the contract mature date.

Then after I received  a letter from BLAST fitness -ABC Financial Services basically they are I still have a membership that is on contract with them, so they consider that my membership remains critically past due and they are contacting
me as final attempt to bring my membership current.

I have trying to address this situation with their representatives ( 3 calls in 2 days ) but after argued for hours is just impossible to deal with them

First: I did not recognized this company as provider

Second: even with the fact that Blast Fitness had merged Bally's fitness, I did not have a current contract with Bally's neither with Blast fitness thus I have not contractual obligation with neither of the mentioned companies

Third: So far I have insisted to Blast Fitness to provide me with a contract copy where demonstrate that I have a contract with them or with Bally's fitness.

Fourth: I have request a copy for the original contract and they refuse to send me that document if exists, by fax or email.

Fifth: After this argues for hours with their representatives I decided to go the Gym and ask for the Manager in Blast Houston Memorial in order to request the current contract copy. The Gym Manager cannot provide it because she does not found any evidence such contract or membership.

As you can see Blast Fitness / ABC Financial Services are not my provider in any how neither I do have a contractual obligation with them, in fact they are acting fraudulent and I do request they stop this ridiculous attitude to try ripping my money off.
