Bluegreen Resort misrepresented preview stay, non-refundable after 30 days, good gimmick to rip-off consumer Boca Raton Florida

Bluegreen Resorts contacted me from their marketing location to solicit me to preview their resort in Orlando, they told me all about their resort, said I could bring another couple it has 2 bedrooms 2 baths, must do their 90 min slaes presentation. I could pay now book up to one year later. I paid with the understanding I would be staying in a "preferred area". I stay in Orlando and a preferred area is not a Hampton Inn which is where I was told I would be when I called to book the stay in August for October.

Even so since I have paid I would stay there but I do not have transportation to the location to do the tour. I was told I can upgrade for $50 per night to stay in their resort, oh now you tell me I am not staying there this was never mentioned in original sales call. they have their wording down very good to misrepresent the situation. My warning is beware!!!

This is not what it seems, they put you up in a low end hotel and expect you to get to their nice (??) resort on your own. It is now to late to get back my $189.00 so I am screwed out of it. I wonder how much they make each year off these deals? Companies operate off money they know they will get and never put out and service, it is a big ripoff racket. I told them keep the money and do not ever call me again. I do not need to stay in their cheap hotel to view there resort, I own in Westgate Resorts who treats their prospective customers far better than this, they offer Premium accomadations to people they are "courting" to sell units to.
