Bluegreen Resort Timeshare company poses as though you won a vacation Boca Raton Nationwide

I was contacted last summer by a company called Bluegreen resorts saying I had won a vacation through a contest at the mall. I am certain I did not fill out any entry form for a free vacation since I never go on vacation and don't want to. When I told them to give it to the next person in line, they told me I had to take the prize or give them the name of someone I wanted to give it to. I gave them a name (much to my regret) and told them not to call me again please.

It's been several months and I've been called 5 times... twice in the last week. My last conversation I told the representative that I do not want their vacation and to take my name off of their calling list. He said a simple "NO" and continued to try to force me to take the vacation package. I told him I would be calling the Better Business Bureau on them for harassment.

I never gave them my phone number. They had to have gotten it from some store at the mall that shares information. I wish I knew what store so I could report them too. This is clearly a high pressure scam and not a contest that I won. I warn anyone not to take their line of BS.
