I ordered the trial bottle in June-2007, which the contract stated was a free 14-day trial period you only had to pay the shipping charges which was $4.97 and if you didn't cancel on the 15th day you would be charged $99.61 for a 3 month supply less shipping charges.

I was charged before the time period and when I called to cancel they told me they had already mailed the 3 month supply and I would have to give them the tracking number when the shipment arrived for them to cancel the order. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY SUCH ORDER.

I contacted Capital One immediately and they said after investigating have agreed with the merchant and refuse to credit my account for the entire amount, instead they credited me $50.00 in good faith and stated they can't do anything else.

They are trying to knock me down on every area, but I'm not taking it.

Bodyfit Pro Hoodia Fidelity Media I saw an offer to try Hoodia on Oprah's website. Just pay $4.97 for shipping. When I saw a charge for $99.61, I couldn't believe it! When I checked the site, I see what they do...if you scroll down, the box is all ready checked saying you understand the terms. The terms are so small and a light gray. I didn't even see them. I thought anything on Oprah's site would be scamless!!! Ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
