Bodyfit Pro Hoodia $99.61 charged to my bank account for product I have not received. Deceptive practice in charging as well. Internet

Saw internet advertisement promoting weight loss through use of Hoodia Green Tea product. Free trial bottle offered for shipping and handling charge only of 4.97. I received a bottle containing a two week supply of the product if taken according to directions. I did not care for the product therefore did not order additional supplies. Upon reconcilling my checking account, discovered that the account had been charged 99.61. I have not received any product beyond the initial trial supply. I do not wish to receive any additional product from this company.

Upon closer examination of the internet order form, I noticed a box that is pre-checked for the consumer stating that I have read and agreed to the purchase terms. In all legitimate transactions this box must be checked by the consumer to indicate that the terms have been read to continue with the transaction.

I consider myself to be a victim of a deceptive, even fraudulent, sales practice. 99.61 has been removed from my account, without my agreement, under these dubious conditions. To add insult to injury, and perhaps move this claim toward one of criminal consumer fraud, I have not received the product for which I was billed 99.61. Furthermore, I will refuse to accept any shipments from BodyFitPro or any of their subsidiaries.
