Bolaiya Ripped me off my online purchase and refused to cancel my purchase within literally 1 hour of me placing the purchase Chengdushi sichuan Chengdu

A few weeks ago, i saw an add by this company on instagram about 360 wigs that caught my intention. I went on to purchase and i selected a 26 inches 250% thick 360 wig....however, immediately after the purchase, i picked up a call from a friend who had warned me off purchasing things on that website..however, as i just literally put in the purchase, i sent an email asking for the cancellation of my purchase and having my money transferred back to my account.

Since their rules said you had up to seven days i believe to cancel your purchase, i thought everything would work out. However, they never replied to me. They basically ignored my email. I come home tonight to find the package in my mailbox, by just the size of the parcel, i could tell it wouldn't be what i had asked for. The wig I got is nothing closed to the 360 wig i had seen on that video or close to any 360 wig that i have seen anywhere else. Plus i asked for 26 inches, this wig is not even that long. I just want my money back as this wig doesn't meet the criteria for my wedding. I really hope someone can help me. Thanks
