I ordered a wig and chose the style and color.  I contacted them on Sept 11th asking when Iwas going to receive the wig I ordered. Never heard back after contacting them a couple times.  Received a wig Oct 8, 2018.   I ordered a blonde wig and received a dark brown wig.

I again sent e mails  Oct 8 Oct ( Oct 10.   Never got anything back.  Thats when I tried calling.  Phone number bogis.  E mailed a message on  the e mail I had received from them Sept 11th  confirming my order. Got nothing back from them .  Did that 3 times. Then looked at Their e mail address and sent an e mail to that e mail address.  3 times. No response. 

 I then looked at the cards that were in the package they sent the wig. On how to return an item.  Contact customer service  reply@emailcsx.com.   Wen I did that It came up with Ripoff report site.  I trided calling the number and it is no good. 

In the package there was also a special gift 20%off discount card  whit a code OFF80   and a email www.xz-blue.com   Got  a shopping site for all kinds of items.

One item was a egg cooking cups that I had ordered.   from a site called Noahscave  > support@noahcave.com.  I ordered this on Sept 1st and received a mail saying my order was being packed on Sept 4th. Never got that either.

On Oct 7 I sent them an e mail asking when I was going to receive this order. on Oct 8th I gor e mail saying my order is being packed. That Apoligies  for late reply  They shipped order and it was lost  I said I wanted to cancel order. and that I would like a confirmation on this cancellation. 

So far have not gotten anything back.

Maybe this company has something to do with the wigs since they had their discount card in the package.
