Bottom Two Investments Charging me for products that I never received and will not refund my money back Wilmington Delaware

Received something in my email about a weight loss supplement that Bottom 2 Investments were advertising. They said about a free trial all you had to pay was shipping and handling.

So I decided to give it a try like a fool. Well, I never received the trial stuff and then next thing I know I was being charged $74.45 for a 30 day supply that I never signed up for.

I called them and told them that I never received anything from them and that I didn't sign up for them to keep shipping me supplies of this stuff. They said they would resend the free trial to me.

I said ok but to take me off of any future shipments. They said ok and I told them I wanted my money back. They said they couldn't do that, that I would have to get the 30 day supply they shipped out to me also.

I said that's fine this time and they promised me they cancelled everything now. Well, weeks went by never received a thing. I have called many, many times and have even talked to Leo the supervisor.

I have been promised so many times that they have issued a refund to my checking account. I still haven't received my money. This has been going on since Nov. 13, 2008.

I just called and told them that I will now be getting in touch with the better business bureau and report them. Leo said that it has been processed on their end and that I need to get in touch with my bank.

I did and my bank said nothing has come through. I have now had to cancel my bank card just in case they try to take more money from me. I would like to know if anyone else out there has had this happen to them.

I would love to put this company out of business and get my money back plus something for all the frustration they have put me through. They took money from me that I needed for other things!!!
