Cancellation of these products from this company is impossible.

There non-return policy for a product that has not even been removed from there packaging is a sign of a company that can not be trusted.

I was billed 79.95 for the Acai Soiree product, have not yet recieved it and I have been told I can not send it back when I do recieve it.
