this is one of the web pages that came up when I did a search on the internet, the search was for fox theatre atlanta.
 
I wanted to buy some tickets for a show coming up, when I saw the above mentioned page, I thought I was going too the official website for the fox theatre in Atlanta.
 
Instead, I was at re-seller site for third party tickets, does anybody see that in the web site name above?
 
so, that was the web search title, when I opened the site this is what I saw.
 
This is what happened, I ended up paying $281.00 for 2 tickets that should have cost $39.00 each.
 
It does not state that they are a reseller until 2 pages into the purchase, by the time you get to pg 3, the Order Summary Page, the order was already placed.

Like I said, this is a partial page. I was filling in email and credit card info, as I read the page I saw the 100% money back guarantee,

but failed to SEE THE PLEASE NOTE AFTER THE 100% GUARANTEE...

As I clicked away I didnt read the terms I just agreed to them, a habit I all to often do. in the terms it spells out all the "NO REFUND POLICY".

Again I state this is my fault but do belive the web site uses unfaie tacticts to get you to purchase tickets thru their site
