My client, Rhoda Lewis of Princeton, N.J. purchased (via website) 2 tickets for Sunday in the Park With George for $514.00. The proper price of each ticket was $59.00. The website promises UPS delivery within 3 days of purchase. The purchase date was March 2, 2017. The tickets were not delivered.

The use of the anme box-officde tickets led my client to believe she was dealing with the theatre box office. The theatre is in New York. I believe that ticket gouging is a crime in New York. The origianal purchaser of the tickets gave the name Seth Joseph. His location is unknown.

My call to their customer service departnment rquesting their corporate office contact information and the name of their lawyer was not responded to.
