BPlanning.com Leonard Woods BEWARE of this Scam Artist! He is a CROOK; Rips off Clients AND Consultants; does not pay; Menlo Park & Carmel,  California

 Leonard Woods and BPlanning.com are scams and he is a crook.  Clients pay him thousands of dollars in advance, and he "churns" the consultants he uses so he does not have to pay them! His checks bounce. He puts stop payments on checks after getting the work done by the consultant, and then fires them or makes them quit so he then can argue he does not have to pay them. He and his wife run BPlanning, and they are broke. They commit fraud by double and triple billing clients' credit cards in hopes the client does not notice. He hires consultants who work very hard to write business plans for $400 to $600 (client is charged $1,500 to $3,000). He may pay the consultant once or twice, to get the consultant to trust him and take on many reports. Then, once Leonard gets the business plans and collects the money from the client, he fires the consultant and never pays for the rest of the reports, using the money to instead hire other consultants!  Do not fall prey to this person, his wife Kristen, who does the "bookkeeping" or the company, BPlanning.com.  His website looks great, but it is all a fraud. He needs to be stopped. I did many business plans and all the clients were very happy, but I am owed nearly $2K!  His checks to me bounced or he stopped payment on them. He is a scammer and a crook. Beware and do not hire this company or Leonard Woods. He works on Elance, Guru and other sites, and needs to be stopped!
