Wow! Do I ever wish that I had Googled these crooks names and read the reports here first!!
I contracted for a business plan that was okay when completed, but filled with grammatical and typographical errors. When I requested that they proofread and make the corrections I was insulted by the contractor who was assigned my plan. I had decided just to write them off and fix it myself but then I saw that they had charged my credit card two more times for the full plan amount I had already paid.
I guess this is their scam and they have been doing it for years. I canceled the card and had the charges reversed by my credit card company.
Watch out who you do business with online! I will never give my credit card directly for any services again and am going with PayPal or Google Checkout from now on!

This complaint is fraudulent and was filed by a competitor of ours. It is impossible for us to overcharge since we do not collect credit card information. All transactions are completed by the client via Paypal shopping cart.
We have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and have requested that this website remove this anonymous compaint. We have an A+ rating with the BBB.
