Branded Logo Designs Don't Use Branded Logos California

I ordered a logo design for a new business from Branded Logos.  I was told about a 30 day satisfaction guarantee or money back, but it didn't work out like that.  The first flag was that I was supposed to receive my designs within 48 hours.  It came within 72 hrs.  The consultant apologized and said it wouldn't happen again.  The company has unlimited revisions in it's policy, so on my second revision, I didn't hear anything from the company within 8 days.  I e-mailed to say I wanted a refund because I was unsatisfied and only then did someone reach out to me.  When I spoke with the consultant, they tried to negotiate with me, but when I refused to argue, and demanded for a refund, they hung up on me.  I spoke to another consultant who explained why I wasn't eligible for a refund.  I told them fine, keep the money, but I am disassociated all ties with the company.  Be very careful when working with Branded Logos.
