hello..I was asked by my organization to create a logo and website and I commissioned this company to help. So far so good. They were very friendly on the phone and seemed to be helpful. It was obvious it was a foreign call center (Pakistan?) despite giving a US address. I didn't much mind since they were very polite. Once I paid them in advance (big mistake) everything went down will fast. They did not do the work despite my repeated efforts to try to work with them. They kept on shuffling me around to different people at their foreign call center and the work did not get done. Finally after two weeks, I pulled the plug. They would not honor the money back guarantee despite the fact that the work was not done. Further research showed me that Logo Sanctuary, Branded Logo Design, Video Jeeves, Farhaad Sheikh Inc., Logo Bench, are all rebranded versions of the same company. I gave up fighting with them and lost my money. I see they get some positive reviews. I don't know if they are fake or if I am just the outlier. In any case, I gave up and hired a local graphic designer that I can meet face to face and he did an excellent job in under one week. Bottom line: Don't work with these guys or risk getting burned. Maybe you will get luck but why take the chance when there are many talented web people and graphic design students around that will work for a reasonable rate.

The person who is behind the online scams is Salman Ghaznavi. His brother Usman Ghaznavi lives in Fremont, California and his also involved in fraudulent businesses. In the UK, there is a business registered as Logojeeves Ltd, under the name Waqar Khan, at the address Saunders House The Mall London W5 3TA. It says that Waqar lives in the United States and is a Citizen.
If you are looking to find these criminals, are located at 45333 Fremont Blvd #5 Fremont, CA 94538.
USA, UK, and Pakistan forces are investigating and we have case numbers. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.
