Brilliance.com False appraisal of diamonds , defective diamonds , over priced Boynton Beach Florida

 Spent over $5,000 in diamond purchase and customs rings for engagement. Paid over $2000 for diamonds that are feathered ( a s term in jewelry appraising for a crack that could break the stone) I was given an appraisal of $19,000 and the stones are garbage. I was told by 3 jewelers that my ring wasn't even valued at a $500 and because the feathering is centered its defective and they would not be able to resell . I have spoken to Jennifer@brilliance.com to work out a trade and even upgrade as I was not informed of the diamond quality and value honestly . They have ignored and simply stated the THREE other stores are wrong.
