 Brother International sells printers and other office machines.  They neglect to tell you that if you run out of color ink,

then you cannot print.  Not even in Black even though the cartridge is full.  In their brochure they say that you can print,

however, that is a lie as I called and asked them, and they said NO, you must buy the color cartridge.

Also, their guide to installing and troubleshooting is extremely hard to read and understand. 

The Machine, in particular the MFC-J825DW is a piece of junk compared with other brands.  It will not print, if

you run out of any colored ink. 

The customer service department is poor and unknowing.

The Presidents Office is not your friendly management person. 

The company will not help you or even try to help.

In short, stay away from Brother International products.  They are only interested in money.

A product that has no backing, and which does not work is useless. 

In short this machine cost me money, time, effort and business deadlines.
