Brumbaugh & Quandahl very difficult to work with Omaha , Nebraska

Brumbaugh & Quandahl is quick to file law suit I received a settlement offer, days later I had a court summons.Poor customer service. Called the to reach the settlement and just kept putting on hold and voice mail. Eventually got it taken care of got a receipt that balance was paid in full and litigation was dropped but hopefully this is true I have a bad feeling from what I have read about this agency. Then 3 days later I get a call from Brumbaugh & Quandahl. They have magically picked up another account/debt of and need payment asap. I am wondering how they did this I really do not want to work with them again and know they have my work and bank info. Just trying to help anyone else that comes into contact with this agency. I have never actually gone online to complain about a company before. I think that says enough. Now i just feel ripped off.
