The receptionist was polite after that it all went downhill like a landslide. The woman Susan was extremely rude and condescending. The only information she wanted was my bank info. This is a bill with Capital One, originally for less than $900. Now it is over $1500!!! I tried to explain that I am on a small fixed income ( less than $700 per month) because of a disability and cannot work and that all this started with a nasty divorce in which my ex quit work until after the divorce was final so he wouldn't have to pay anything including alimony. So what am I suppose to do if the company will not even talk to me to come to some kind of resolution? I guess they can have the sheriff take what I do have but it is very little.
They are truely horrible even to those that want to try to come to some resolution.
