This company lies to it's customers and deliberately aggrevates and frustrates people. They blatently ignore federal law as to making reasonable accomodations. They are completely irresponsable and fabricate false documentation when making a complaint. No one at Budget Mobile is accountable. And, they are as slow as molases in the Winter time responding to customers needs. In my opinion they are the worst cell phone company on the planet.
