cabelas in Glendale, AZ admits to making numerous false statements and instead of trying to remedy the problem and coming to a resolution, they elect to just run from their screw ups. when the BBB got involved, they just decided to cancel my transaction and teturn my monies in which they have NOT done!!!! They sold an item that i had on lay away to someone else and continued taking my payments without having or being able to obtain a like item. This is consumer fraud!! not only is this unethical, its illegal. The store manager, Enrique Menendez is never around and refuses to get involved. I have done alot of business with Cabelas in Pa and always had great service, in the Glendale, AZ store i always had good service in the hunting, camping and fishing departments, but in the marine accesories they are awful!!! Steve wont lie to you, he just wont tell you the truth. Joe is to busy looking important and doesnt know much about the products and WILL tell you anything just to get his commission. If your looking for a small outboard motor, i definetly would not go through the cabelas in glendale az. www.suzukioutboard.com has better and cheaper motors anyways!!!!!! Amy, operations manager said they tried working with me (yeah, right) and they ate tjrough with me, yet still have NOT released my money back into my account!!!!! Tom Horne, AZ attorney generals office, BBB, Cabelas Corporate office all notified!!!! Shame on Cabelas!!! When i told them i am a 25 year retired combat army vet that does not like dishonesty, they said who cares. Shame on Cabelas and dont make a big veterans day blowout sale if you truly dont care about vets!!!!
