Se contrato un servicio de 5 megas y desde el primer dia solo levantaba cerca de 1 mega, cobraron por adelantado, tardaron tres dias en cambiar el equipo y luego la señal es inestable y hay que hacer hasta 5 intentos para cargar una pagina. No levant ni los 3 megas a veces menos de 2. Tengo screenshots para probarlo, y horas hablando con sus tecnicos y personal de servicio al cliente. Te hacen firmar un contrato oneroso por un servicio inutilizable al nivel que se esta pagando, sumamente inestable y quieren que pagues una multa por rescindir el contrato. Recomiendo acciones legales colectivas del orden civil para recuperar las costas procesales y obtener un resarcimiento.
