Paid cady studios for my daughters senior pictures via debit card on 10/12/17 online and they sent me a portfolio with my daughters photos so i thought it was part of the package and then on 1/26/18 they debited my account again for 191.00 when i called and asked what it was for they said for the portfolio and to get a refund i would have to return it so i drove an hour and a half to return it same day Now when I call they say it will be 3-5 business days for a refund and today is 2/2/18 7 days later ..and still no refund these people just take money out of your account without permission
