I ordered in good faith on the Internet 3/16/11 grapevines with sleeves to be delivered by California Rootstock on April 1, 2011. Paid with debit card full amount $659.39 taken from my accoumt next day. April 1, 2011 no delivery, no phone call, and no response to my voice msgs or emails explaining why! I would like a full refund of my money asap.

After many attempts contacting California Rootstock they finally got ahold of me and delivered the
order in full. The excuse was poor something about misplacing the order..........anyway I would never order anything from the company again, very poor customer service to say the least.
