California Rootstock ignore, late, planting sleeves missing, non responsive Internet

I filed a report about a week ago for my vines that were missing.  They arrived (2 months late) but without the planting sleeves we ordered that supposedly keep the vines under warranty.  We called and left yet another voicemail with no response.  I've requested they overnight us the vines... we will see what happens.  We will plant the vines this weekend with or without sleeves and I hope should any of them die this company will uphold their warranty, as the lack of planting sleeves were their error and we are 2 months late planting our vines.
