I ordered 12 vines on 3-13-11 and 10 of them arrived 4-6-11. I planted them per instructions and 2 of them have not taken. I have called and emailed several times regarding the 2 vines that were never delivered, and to ask how I can get replacements for the 2 that didn't take. All I need is a 30 second phone call that they will send me the 4 vines and that they'll arrive in a week. Simple! This is supposed to be a relaxing new hobby and these guys have screwed it up. Horrible Customer Service!
