On Dec 13 2016, my wife went online to Campingandfishingoutlet.com to order a Yeti cup ($29.99) for a Christmas present. As of today Jan 9, 2017 we have not recieved the cup. She did recieve a comformation number for the order. Our credit card has been charged for the cup. My wife has made multiple telephone calls and has never been able to leave a voice mail. She has been told to go online and leave a message. She has left multiple email messages with this company.

She has received one response saying they would look into the matter and nothing else. No word from them ever. Do not use this web site they are ripping people off.
