Capital First promised to mail me information regarding thier credit card prior to deducting the start up fees from my checking. However, before I received any material from the company, they had debited the money from my account, plus provided my checking account information to affilliate companies, who also debited money form my account. Those companies where Premium Mega Saver and Hartford Auto Company. Now I can't even call Capital First because their telephone line is constantly busy.
