I have a merchant account with CSI. In November I requested that I get a wireless account. They charged me $185 to set up this new account. I was told that the present account would be automatically closed out. It is now April and I have called every month. I have written and sent certified mail. I can not get either account closed. I no longer want them to be able to debit my bank account. I am out over $500.
