I got scammed by a company called AT-Wholsale and lost $1000.00. Card Service International is the merchant account for these guys and other sites as well. After I closed down my site at At-Wholesale, I contacted these guys to let them know that I was going to close my account and told them why.

These guys charge a termination fee of $300.00 if you are late with a payment or end before your anniversary.
Yes if you do not cancel on the 6 month or 12 month anniversary of the date you sign with them, they will hit you with this fee. If you are 1 day late with a payment they have the right to hit you with this fee also.
I knew about this the anniversary clause.

I'm deaf and have a hard time on the phone so I had my wife call them and explain to them that we were scammed and asked them if we could pay a couple of days late on my last payment and she said it would be OK. I had been with them for 5 months and have never been late on payment before that. The due date fell on a Labor Day Weekend so I payed on the next business day. On the same day I payed, I get a letter saying that I was in breach of contract and they will charge me $300.00 termination fee. I was one day late, due to Labor day, and they hit me with this termination fee.

I sent them a letter explaining what happend and thought everything was OK. They never replied to my letter.
A year later, I get a call from a cut-throat lawyer stating that Im being sued for breach of contract unless I come up with 525.00 by Monday. He calls me on a Friday and wants the money Monday.

After 45 minutes of my wife arguing with him on the phone, we get a two day extension.
I would have fought it in court but it would have been my word against their word and I would have proably lost. I couldnt afford to fly out there and defend myself and pay for it all after I was scammed.

These guys are cut throat scum of the earth.
How they can sleep at night is beyond me.
Please for your sake DO NOT DO business with them!
