Arash Shirdel writes insane brief And Carlos Padilla  III signs it as Pro Per.    

            Well folks here we go again.  It seems that Padilla who is of ethnic origin is suing the State of. California,for violation of his rights after an appeals court ruled that he and his Iranian attorney Arash Shirdel attempted to rip Frank Jakubaitis off  for over 3 Million dollars. The matter was taken all the way up to the California Supreme court and reversed by a three panel judge as being improper and illegal.  Padilla judgement was asking for three million dollars in damages for saying that PAdilla was in the bathroom talking to someone .....Folks this is a classic shake down by an Iranian attempt to rip off Frank Jakubaitis for 3 Million Dollars and take the company he started and founded called Wecosign.  

Shirdels partner MIlton C Ault Was the original recipient of the company.Shurdel enlisted a receiver in the case named Patrick Bulmer who has disappeared with the domain assets and the trustee is asking where are the assets.   Shirdel knows he gave them to the receiver but of course he still doesn't seem to know. Memory re-lapse like he always has. No Shirdel is a liar according to the briefs I've read he changes his position on every brief.  I don't know why the courts allow Shirdel past the metal detectors at the court house, with all that metal up there........Anyway if you come across Padilla in business beware  he's a story teller and hiS life is one big story looking for the big kill of cash money for nothing and oh that's right it's not chickS THATS RIGHT !!!!!!
