Carlos Padilla, Carlos Padilla III, C. Padilla, AKA Mutt and Jeff, Arash Shirdel,

Well, where do I begin. Three years ago I made an investment at the request of a guy named Carlos Padilla who  worked at a company in Santa Ana. The investment I made was substantial and quite frankly has now become a circus act lately for a guy named Arash Shirdel attorney who is of questionable ethics as an attorney himself, or so I am told by the few lawyers that I have contacted. It seems that this attorney is the subject of a criminal investigation for perjury and  Carlos should be  medically comitted for telling lies. I talked to Carlos and all seemed well in the beginning, however after a year or so I found out what a physco this guy was. Maybe I should back up a bit Im getting ahead of myself. This guy Carlos is associated with four other people that were involved in this scenario; David Serio, Steven Serio,( AKA THE SERIAL BROTHERS) ONE SELLS BEDS NOW AND THE OTHER SELLS MUSCLE TRAINING AND FINALLY A GUY NAMED Richard Ledger of Newport Beach, WHO does NOTHING AS FAR AS I KNOW. .

Anyway the investment seemed ok and the company looked ok as well.. A long story short Carlos winds up suing this comoany after he was fired for God knows what and all of a sudden I lose my money because the company had to go bankrupt. Now this entire thing makes no sense and if you follow the court case it makes even less sense. The papers show nothing, they show no proof of anything just a lot of name calling by this attorney and I never have seen an attorney do what this guy does. Cross checking the case with my attorney it seems that Carlos and his attorney Arash Shirdel keep telling different versions of ths story from one paper to another. Let me say this I lost $43,000.00 and if you ever come across Carlos Padilla the third from either Tustim, Irvine, or Garden Grove stay as clear from him as you can he's a bonaifed liar of the worse vintage: He's  quiet, charming,and yet he will bite you like a snake for your money. In closing stay away from all of the above they rin scams and pretend to be working in the service of God.
