Carpet Mills Of America Carpet Mills is a Ripoff, wish I would of researched First Austin Texas

What a disaster, took over 8 months to have tile installed from start to ...(never really finished). The first day they showed up they worked for about 8 hours and no one could speak english to tell me when they would come back. Called office a few times and they said it would be soon. They finally scheduled to come out on 9 different occassions and no one showed up.

No one would show up for 2 months then the office called complaining that they needed to finish the job so they could charge us the other half. I explained what was going on and she said I was a liar and they charged me the full amount. When I found this out I called them very upset and Zeina said she was going to put a lein on my house.

Finally they came over and goofed around for awhile. My carpet was left untacked for over 6 months and my youngest child cut is foot so I called upset telling them to please come out and fix this. Ziena was upset and said once they dispatch the call it is no longer in there hands and they are not resposible. It was a nightmare dealing with these people. I wish I would of seen this website and all the others complaining about these people. I do not understand how they are still in business. I've looked everywhere and I can't find anyone posting good comment about this company.

To this day they are still supposed to come out and finish the job they started and they won't. The grout work is horrible the tiles are very uneven. I had to clean all the grout out of the carpet they left. The drive way was left in very bad shape. If you do decide to use these people Good Luck!!!.
