This is the WORST place of Business & Customer Service!! I had gone to them to install some carpet after my home was flooded & they mis-calculated the measurements & was short on my carpet. I paid them $1,300 & I have a balance left but they broke my vase & to this day, they've never finished installing my carpet. This happened in June '07, & here it is Aug. '07, & my home is still in shambles!! I filed in small claims court on them, but the Owner's address that the Secretary of State has on file, says it's a P.O. Box & when the Constable went out to serve the Owner, the business was closed down!! I think Carpet Mills has a lot of independent owners, so now I don't know what to do or how to get my home back up to par & recoup my money back. Then ZENA, the Manager, a RUDE *****, she was so uncooperative & didn't care about helping us. She made promises & never kept them. Also, they sent 2 hispanic guys out who didn't speak English & of course I don't speak Spanish so it was hard to communicate. They didn't even come in a professional vehicle some kinda van that was filthy. They cut my carpet too short & it doesn't even reach the wall & messed up my baseboards. I have stepped on the nails due to the carpet not being installed & my children have fallen down the stairs due to debris they left on them. Please someone out there please if you know of a GOOD Attorney that does cases like these, then please feel free to contact me!! I need help & I'll go more in detail about this soap opera saga!!
