I am going through the same ordeal. They charged my credit card immediately upon order placement (November 28). It's been 29 days since I placed my order. I received a confirmation email stating the order had shipped on the day I placed the order. Still nothing. I have tried MANY MANY times to contact this company via both phone and email. Not one response from them.
I know of others who are going through the same experience with this site. When I placed my order, I found nothing online about this site. As the days go by, more and more people seem to be posting complaints at the various consumer based review sites.
Multiple people were posting product reviews on the cartdiscounts site, indicating the same story--ordered a product, cc charged, no product delivered. All such reviews have since been deleted by the site admin and product reviews now must be screened by cartdiscounts before they are posted. They don't want word to get out that this site is just out to steal your money.
The site is now mysteriously down for maintenance. I wonder if it will ever come online again. The website is a total scam! Steer waaayyy clear!!!!!
